How We Got Here

The Empower Collective started the way most great ideas do - somewhere between a packed event calendar, a million browser tabs open, and one more cup of coffee. Elizabeth and Corbin met while working at their local Chamber of Commerce, cheering on small businesses, planning community events, and somehow keeping all the moving pieces from flying off the table.

With backgrounds in marketing, events, and operations, they quickly realized two things: they worked really well together… and they loved this work. They loved helping local businesses find their voice. They loved the buzz of event days. They loved turning big, messy ideas into something clear and impactful. But most of all, they loved serving their community and the people building it every single day.

Somewhere between campaign brainstorms and last-minute event setups, the question popped up: “Okay… but what if we did this ourselves?” And just like that (well, almost), The Empower Collective was born - a marketing agency built on community, creativity, and real relationships. Not transactional. Not corporate. Not copy-and-paste. Just smart strategy, honest collaboration, and a whole lot of heart for the businesses they’re proud to stand beside.
